Terms and Conditions for Heanor Renew Driveways
1. Definitions
1.1 "Company" refers to, Renew Driveways registered in Heanor Derbyshire.
1.2 "Client" refers to any individual or entity engaging the Company for driveway services.
1.3 "Project" refers to work undertaken related to work provided by the Company.
1.4 "Agreement" refers to the contract between the Company and the Client, including these Terms and Conditions.
2. Scope of Work
2.1 The Company agrees to provide driveway services as specified in quote and invoice.
2.2 Any changes to the agreed scope must be documented and approved by both parties in writing.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 The Client agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon amount as per the contract.
3.2 Payments shall be made in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the invoice.
3.3 Late payments may incur additional charges as per applicable laws.
4. Project Timeline
4.1 The Company shall provide an estimated completion date, subject to unforeseen circumstances.
4.2 Delays due to weather, material shortages, or unforeseen site conditions shall not be the responsibility of the Company.
5. Responsibilities and Obligations
5.1 The Client must ensure site access for the Company and its workers.
5.2 The Company shall have risk assessments in place for all work undertaken.
6. Warranties and Liability
6.1 The Company warrants that work shall be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.
6.2 The Company is not liable for any consequential damages arising from the work performed.
7. Termination
7.1 Either party may terminate the Agreement in writing with 7 day days’ notice.
7.2 If termination occurs, the Client shall compensate the Company for all work completed up to the termination date.
8. Force Majeure
8.1 The Company shall not be held liable for delays or failure in performance due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Any disputes shall be resolved amicably through negotiation.
10. Amendments
10.1 These Terms and Conditions may be updated by the Company from time to time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.
11. Acceptance
11.1 By engaging the Company’s services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Payment Options
Once the client has approved the work, full payment will be required. Our preferred method of payment is via bank transfer to the account details provided on the invoice you will receive. Alternatively, payment in cash is also accepted.
